Engineering Roles

Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical design across automation fixtures, tooling, and integration support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design mechanical components, tooling, and automation fixtures.
  • Create 3D models and detailed engineering drawings.
  • Support integration and troubleshooting on customer sites.
  • Perform structural, tolerance, and safety analyses.

Electrical Engineer

Electrical systems for robotic platforms, from power distribution to embedded validation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical systems for robotic platforms, including power distribution, sensors, and actuators.
  • Integrate hardware and software components to ensure seamless communication between control systems and robotic mechanisms.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical circuits and embedded systems to meet performance and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, software, and controls engineers) to optimize robotic functionality and efficiency.

Test Engineer

System-level test programs, automation, and acceptance testing through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop system-level test protocols and validation plans.
  • Design and maintain automated test systems.
  • Analyze test data and generate performance reports.
  • Oversee system commissioning and acceptance testing.

Controls Engineer

PLC, HMI, safety systems, and onsite commissioning of automation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop PLC, HMI, and robot-program code.
  • Design electrical control panels and system wiring diagrams.
  • Configure safety systems (guarding, safety PLCs, interlocks).
  • Commission automation systems and perform onsite debugging.
Technician Roles
01

Automation Technician

Hands-on build, assembly, and integration of automation cells and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble, wire, and build automation cells, fixtures, and integration hardware.
  • Support equipment installation and commissioning on customer sites.
  • Perform mechanical and electrical assembly to engineering drawings.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain automation systems through production ramp.

Field Service / Specialty Technician

Onsite installation, commissioning support, and maintenance of deployed systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and wire control panels, sensors, and actuators in the field.
  • Assist with commissioning, debugging, and acceptance testing onsite.
  • Run preventive maintenance and diagnostics on deployed systems.
  • Document field changes and feed issues back to the engineering team.
